This private villa is located in an exclusive private residential area of Terres Basses, on the French side of Saint-Martin, where you will feel safe and secure, just at 5 min walking distance from the stunning beach Baie Rouge.

With a large salt water swimming pool plus a pool deck where you can enjoy the serenity along with the amazing view that the villa has to offer.

About Harmony Villa

Harmony Villa has three bedrooms with a king size bed, each with a private bathroom. We offer you a safe in the rooms, where you can store your personal belongings. All the rooms have AC. The bed linen provided is LINVOSGES, a high-quality linen from France.

The large kitchen area is fully equipped, where you can cook all your meals. A Nespresso machine, dishwasher plus a laundry room on site with washer and dryer are at your disposal.

The villa offers you a nice and spacious living room area with AC, a Smart TV plus free WIFI. The sliding doors lead to the vibrant outdoor lounge area, where you will find a spacious pool deck, a salt water swimming pool, as well as a barbeque on site, where you can enjoy the stunning ocean view.
